The Board has three committees and all are designed to provide support to the Executive Director and staff members. Participation on committees is based on subject matter expertise, time availability, and ability to work collaboratively.

Internal Affairs provides expertise on topics that support organizational operations such as HR, financial guidance, and historic preservation.

Governance provides support to the board on policies, bylaws, onboarding new board members, planning board retreats and assessing the boards areas for improvements with the goal of creating a high performing board.
