Cap’n Trips rings in the New Year at the WOW Hall on December 31st. Now in their 15th year together, Eugene’s original Jerry Garcia Tribute Band will play three sets of classic Jerry tunes, with special guests joining them for the Midnight set. Cap’n Trips consists of original members Tom Lemmon (lead vocals, guitar), Marcy Andrews (mandolin) and Trey Longstreth (bass, vocals), together with long time drummer Ken Sokolov, Sugar Beets virtuoso Jeremy Wegner (lead guitar, vocals) and Sean Jackson (keyboards, vocals). They will channel the genius of Garcia til the cows come home. Showtime 9:00.
