The External Affairs Committee is seeking input from the membership on a NEW version of NOTES.
After a lengthy analysis, it has become clear that the cost of continuing to publish a paper version of NOTES is no longer feasible. Â The NOTES primarily contain information about upcoming shows and by the time people receive the publication shows may be added, already happened, or even canceled. The next issue for April and May will be the last published issue.
We are shifting our communication about shows to a digital format to provide everyone with more up-to-date information
Going forward, members will receive information on all upcoming shows for the next two months directly in their inbox the first week of every month. Members will receive the most current notices about shows and their favorite artists or new artists and can purchase tickets right from their computers in real time. In addition, members will receive emailed updates from our Executive Director on happenings at the WOW Hall regularly.
We will continue to publish a once-a-year NOTES to members on elections, candidate statements, and reports on accomplishments.
We are seeking input from members and the public on what you would like to see in our publication and to provide any additional information on the decision to move to a digital format.
