On Saturday, January 6th the Community Center for the Performing Arts proudly hosts Rabellion: Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance Journey with Rabellion and Coalessence Community Ecstatic Dance.

Rabellion

Resident DJ at Ecstatic Dance Valencia in Spain, and originally from Puerto Rico, Rabellion combines original music & live vocals within her DJ set to offer a unique dance journey filled with love, Latin vibes, deep bass, medicine music, tribal beats & lots of energy.

Tati Rabell (AKA Rabellion) regularly performs at Ecstatic Dance events across Europe, Latin America and the US. She has played global stages such as: Gaia Temple Lake Atitlan, Ikal Tulum, Odessa Amsterdam, as well as international music festivals in both Europe and The Americas. She has offered her Ecstatic Dance sessions in global cities, such as: Barcelona, Madrid, Porto, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Sacramento, Portland, Victoria, Salt Spring, Vancouver Island, Tulum, Mazunte MX, Playa del Carmen, Lake Atitlan, Sacred Valley, Murcia, Navarre, Alicante, Cadiz, Galicia, and other smaller cities around the world. 

Her most recent productions can be found within Mose’s music label ‘Resueño’. In addition to holding a Master in Music Production and multiple albums under her various music projects, Tati has also been practicing energy healing since 2014. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Cacao ceremony facilitator, and trained shamanic healing practitioner (specialized in Soul Retrieval). She has studied the use of master plants with an Amazonian maestra during her years in Peru, as well as with her Mexican curandera teacher, with whom she learned the use of Cacao in a ceremonial setting. Where possible she likes to combine her healing work with her performances to fully embrace the healing powers of music, energy and movement.

The full concept of ‘Rabellion’ is to help generate a revolution of the mind, body and soul. Helping people everywhere awaken to the full essence of their being by combining Reiki, music, dance and shamanic sound healing to connect with our full selves. When we realize that we are much more than physical beings we can start to experience deeper healing, joy, creation and magic.

Coalessence Community Ecstatic Dance

Unique Musical journeys & Improvisational Dancing with an attitude of gratitude.

• Is solo, partner, group and contact improv dance friendly.
• Supports diversity, equity & inclusion and is open to constructive feedback and participation in helping us craft a container inspiring to all.
• Is a facilitated container where all attendees are invited to co-create a consent-based atmosphere where sensitivity and respect in all interactions is practiced continuously.
• Is all ages. Children are welcome to participate in the dance and the community is encouraged to support their integration. Elders are honored.
